    Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others facing similar challenges while gaining insight, encouragement, and professional guidance. It provides a sense of community and personal growth through shared experiences. In addition to support, group therapy helps you build valuable skills for managing stress, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges.

    Couples Therapy

    Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to address challenges, enhance communication, and deepen emotional connection. Using evidence-based techniques, we guide you in resolving conflicts and fostering a fulfilling partnership, empowering you to create lasting positive changes in your relationship.

  • Young adults and adults residing in Massachusetts and Vermont.

  • All sessions are through telehealth and take place online via a HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield for those located in Massachusetts.

    We also accept private pay. If you are interested in paying up front and potentially getting reimbursed from your insurance company, we can provide you with the paperwork to do so.
